It would be really good if Xero could provide an option in the PayPal integration to batch up sales and PayPal fees to reduce the number of transactions per day to help stay under the limit. We currently process a few thousand transactions per month and would like to use automatic feeds and import our sales through the API as much as possible to reduce manual copying and inputting. Using Xero as your billing engine as you grow into the thousands of invoices per month is outside the expected use of Xero. There are some solid SaaS billing products on the market which have great feature sets for growing businesses like yourself. Consider using one of those and sending a daily summary of your billing into Xero.
